The Innovation Center (Central Research Center) in Osaka City coordinates with our Ueno Factory, which serves as our production base in west Japan. The Utsunomiya Research Center, which was established within Utsunomiya Factory 1, works together with our Utsunomiya factories (Factory 1 & 2), which function as our production bases in east Japan. As such, our R&D divisions in both west and east Japan are able to easily cooperate with their respective production sites. This ensures the process of development, trial production, and mass production testing is smooth and quick. Our sales bases are also located in west and east Japan, at Osaka and Tokyo, respectively. This nationwide framework makes it possible to respond flexibly to various customer demands.

We have placed an Assessment Division within our R&D. This division assesses the functionality, safety, stability and microbiology of the product at hand. Their assessments ensure we are able to create products backed by scientific data. We guarantee our customers' trust by quantifying the effects of functional cosmetics on the human skin and providing safety and assurance based on scientific data.

Our sales staff utilize their scientific knowledge and expertise to provide comprehensive assistance.

The majority of our sales staff come from a scientific background. To become a part of our sales team, employees must undergo training at our R&D department. This allows our sales representatives to assist you from a science-based perspective.

We have established an extensive production network capable of flexibly meeting our clients’ needs, whether for small-lot multi-type production or mass production operations. Covering 3 nationwide bases, our production system consists of four factories: the Ueno Factory in Kansai, Utsunomiya Plants 1 and 2 in Kanto, and the Saga Plant in Kyushu. By distributing our production bases across Japan, we have perfectly positioned ourselves to reduce logistics costs and effectively implement BCP (Business Continuity Planning) throughout our company operations. In terms of equipment, our factories feature the latest facilities and machinery to ensure we provide efficient and hygienic production operations. The Ueno Factory in Kansai and Utsunomiya Plants 1 and 2 are also ISO accredited for COSMETIC GMP.
