Various Vacuum Emulsification Mixers
Our extensive lineup of vacuum emulsification mixers (350L-13,000L) allow for producing a wide range of products such as lotions (toner), creams, milky lotions and highly viscous cosmetics.

Storage Tank for Bulk Products
A storage tank is used to temporarily store the blended product. From there, it is sent directly to the filling machines using sanitary piping.
Filling Equipment
Bulk products manufactured using vacuum emulsification mixers are filled cleanly and rapidly.

This production line fills containers with liquid cosmetics such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and milky lotion. The fillers here can support containers of various shapes and sizes.

This line’s completely automated filling equipment performs filling and container capping operations, while allowing for torque control when capping.
